Returns & Exchange Policies 

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

-Custom or personalized orders

-Numerology Readings, within 24 hours of payment, as long as service has not been performed, otherwise no returns

-Coaching Sessions, within 24 hours of payment, as long as service has not been performed, otherwise no returns

Returns and exchange details

Conditions for returns & exchanges: 

Buyers are responsible for their own shipping cost when returning an order. For exchanges, buyers are responsible for return shipping cost as well as outgoing shipping cost on the replacement item(s) . 

For returns, if the item(s) and packaging materials are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and will receive a pro-rated credit. If the item(s) are returned in perfect condition along with all packing materials, you'll be issued a full refund to your original payment method less the initial shipping cost.

Shipping Policies

Most orders ship in 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri). This does not include weekends, holidays observed by USPS or shipping time. Orders are shipped via US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. The service I decide to use is based on several factors and these are decided on a case by case basis, depending on the items being shipped. You will always receive shipping confirmation and any related order details. If you need your order to be expedited please contact me so we can work out the related cost and details. 

I do my best to get your order out as fast as possible but cannot control how long it takes to be delivered, as lately some services have had known issues. In the event you do not receive your order due to USPS, UPS, or FEDEX losing it, delivery to wrong address etc, please contact them to file a claim. I can also assist with trying to locate the package & work out a solution with you.

Additional policies

~Packaging I do my best to ensure your order arrives in the same condition as it left. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping please contact me.

I try to reuse and recycle shipping supplies so there is less waste for our environment. Shipping is from Texas, U.S.A.

~Repairs I do offer product repairs on items purchased for up to one month after delivery. The repair cost will vary based on the repair needed. The customer is also responsible for paying for return and outgoing shipping of the repaired item. Please message me to initiate a repair request. 

~Listing Information And Images I try to photograph and describe all of my items to the best of my ability. Please read the listing information carefully. Should you have any questions that are not covered on the listing, you may contact me with any questions you may have. Please note that shade, color, and pattern may also vary since I use many natural materials & no two are exactly alike.

~Caring for genuine crystal/stone/gemstone items

Natural crystal gemstones have flaws. No gemstone is completely perfect. Each one will have it's own unique features and color variations.

Care for your crystal items as you would any mineral or glass item. Crystals are typically very durable under normal usage, but each one has unique qualities and should be researched properly so you can care for it properly. Most crystals and stones do chip and break if they are dropped, banged on something, or otherwise mishandled-just like anything else. Please treat your items with care.

Crystals typically need to be cleansed monthly or bi-monthly to maintain their healing properties. You can do this safely with any crystal by placing it in a window for one 24 hour full day and full night cycle.

***All healing benefits of crystals are intentions and are based on beliefs. These benefits and intentions cannot be guaranteed. Your intention and belief system will dictate how well crystals work for you in your life. I have had incredible results using crystals in my life, and I love to share my good fortune with others. I hope that every crystal that comes into your life, enhances it in all the best ways possible!***

~Caring for your Jewelry Protect your jewelry by removing it while swimming, showering, exercising, washing your hands, or applying any products such as perfumes, lotions, or hair products. I pride myself on the quality of my products; however, if your jewelry should be exposed to any of the above products, tarnishing may occur. Tarnishing may also be caused by the skin’s natural pH levels. 

The better you treat your jewelry the longer it will last and maintain it's beauty. Sleeping with your jewelry on is never recommended. I do not provide reimbursement or will accept returns for jewelry that has been damaged, tarnished or worn out past my normal shop return policy timeframe. In the event this situation occurs please contact me to discuss repair details and cost. 

If your jewelry does appear darker or does tarnish over time, I suggest using a jewelry polishing cloth or soft 100% cotton cloth. 

Some beaded bracelets have been made with high quality stretch cord, but care must be taken to not over stretch or snag them as they are not impervious to breaking. 

~Please Make Sure Your Shipping Address Is Correct 

If your order has been shipped to the incorrect address, I cannot retrieve it. If your order has been returned to me due to providing an incorrect address, buyer is responsible for purchasing shipping to resend the order to the corrected address. I will not be held responsible for items being delivered to the wrong address provided by buyer.

~Numerology Readings

Readings are non-refundable if you have already received your reading.

If you struggle financially, I still would love to read your numbers for you! I do offer 1-2 discounted readings per month. Please contact me at tamilopresti@yahoo.com to apply to get on this list.)

~Coaching Packages, Plans, Classes, Masterminds, & Other Trainings

These are non-refundable after 24 hours after purchase. Everything that falls under this category is non-refundable. 

~Customer Service I work hard to provide 5 star service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact me for a fast and friendly resolution. I would appreciate the opportunity to correct any issues you may have prior to leaving feedback so I can resolve them for you. Please don't leave negative feedback for issues that can be easily resolved.
